Magma Comps is a relatively new UK competition operator based in Colchester, but it's already starting to build a noticeable following. The site currently claims more than 12,000 members, 1,000+ winners and over £750,000 won.
Magma is less focused on cars than many competition sites. Instead, you'll find plenty of cash, gold and silver, Rolex watches, tech, designer goods, holidays and instant wins.
Cash alternatives are available on many prizes too, which is always useful if you'd rather have the money than the prize itself.
Gold and precious-metal competitions are particularly common and help Magma feel a little different from the usual car-heavy operators.
One of Magma's biggest attractions is its smaller ticket limits.
Many standard draws are capped at a few hundred or a few thousand tickets, with current examples using limits such as 399, 499, 799, 999 and 1,799.
Ticket prices vary. Some entries cost less than £1, while premium low-odds draws can cost £10, £20 or considerably more.
That means it's worth looking at the whole picture rather than simply choosing the cheapest ticket. A more expensive ticket competing against only a few hundred entries can sometimes be considerably more interesting than a bargain-priced ticket with tens of thousands available.

Magma has embraced instant wins too, with entries starting from as little as 10p on some competitions.
These can have much larger ticket pools — sometimes up to 99,999 entries — so don't confuse them with Magma's smaller traditional draws. Check the ticket total, available prizes and entry price before jumping in.

Winner reviews frequently mention quick contact, fast cash payments and straightforward entry.
There are a handful of less positive reviews, including comments about repeat winners, but the overall customer feedback is strongly positive.
Magma Competitions Limited is an active UK company incorporated in August 2025. Its website publishes company information, competition terms, winner details, postal entry instructions and details of its draw process.
One small admin issue is that parts of the website still show Magma's previous registered-office address. Companies House records confirm the address was changed in February 2026, so we'd like to see the legal pages updated accordingly.
Magma Comps has made a good start.
Its strongest feature is the number of relatively low-ticket competitions available alongside guaranteed draws. Add in plenty of cash, gold, Rolex, tech and designer prizes and there's enough here to make Magma worth keeping an eye on.
It's especially interesting for players who care more about the total number of tickets available than finding the absolute cheapest entry.
Magma is still young compared with the biggest UK competition operators, and its instant-win draws can have much higher ticket limits. But the website is straightforward, draws are transparent, cash alternatives are common and customer feedback is currently strong.
