In Detail
About RaffleRadar
RaffleRadar is a free information and comparison website for UK prize competitions, raffles, and prize draws. Our aim is to bring useful competition information together in one place, helping users browse, compare, and make more informed decisions about what they may want to enter. We are not a competition operator. We do not run draws, sell tickets, take payments, choose winners, or manage entries. Any competition you enter is run by the relevant third-party operator, not by RaffleRadar.
Age Restriction
RaffleRadar is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this site. Entering raffles, prize draws, and competitions can become habit-forming for some people. If you ever feel that your spending is becoming difficult to control, support is available through organisations such as BeGambleAware, GamCare, and GAMSTOP.
What We Do
RaffleRadar collects and displays publicly available information about UK competitions and raffles. We help users discover and compare opportunities more easily, but we are only a signposting and information platform. This means: We do not enter you into any competition. We do not sell tickets or process payments. We do not store payment details. We do not control how competitions are run, drawn, extended, cancelled, or paid out. Any entry you make is directly between you and the competition operator.
Accuracy Of Listings
We do our best to keep the information on RaffleRadar accurate and up to date, but competition details can change quickly. Ticket prices, closing dates, odds, prize details, availability, and draw times may be changed by operators at any time, sometimes without notice. Because of this, information shown on RaffleRadar may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Before buying a ticket or entering any competition, you should always check the operator’s own website and read their terms carefully. If there is ever a difference between the information shown on RaffleRadar and the information shown by the operator, the operator’s website should be treated as the correct source. RaffleRadar is not responsible for missed deadlines, failed entries, changed prizes, cancelled draws, or any loss caused by relying only on information displayed on our site.
No Advice Or Recommendation
Nothing on RaffleRadar should be treated as financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to enter any particular competition. We provide information to help users compare competitions, but the decision to enter is entirely your own. Most UK prize competitions are structured as skill-based competitions and may not be regulated by the Gambling Commission. You should always make your own checks before entering and only spend what you can afford.
Our Content & Data
The original content, design, layout, data structure, and code used on RaffleRadar belong to us. The way we collect, organise, and present competition information is also protected under UK database rights, including the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997. You are welcome to use RaffleRadar as a normal visitor. However, you must not scrape, copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content or data without our written permission. Automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar systems must not be used to extract data from RaffleRadar unless we have agreed to this in advance. Competition names, logos, trademarks, and brand assets shown on RaffleRadar remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Websites
RaffleRadar contains links to external websites operated by third-party competition companies. When you click through to another website, you are leaving RaffleRadar. That website will have its own terms, privacy policy, rules, and entry conditions. We are not responsible for the content, security, accuracy, conduct, payment systems, or reliability of any third-party website. A listing on RaffleRadar does not mean we operate, control, endorse, or guarantee that competition. You should always read the operator’s own terms before entering.
Limitation Of Liability
RaffleRadar is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to: inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information; changes made by competition operators; losses from entering competitions or buying tickets; issues with third-party websites; technical problems, downtime, errors, or interruptions; reliance on any information shown on RaffleRadar. You use RaffleRadar at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date shown on this page. If you continue using RaffleRadar after the Terms have been updated, you will be treated as having accepted the latest version.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to your use of RaffleRadar will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
